RETURNS

To make a return, click here. Returns are accepted for products in new condition with tags attached within 30 days from purchase. See complete return policy below.

The return page will ask for your email and send a 6-digit code to that email. Once you enter it, you will be able to see all of your orders and request a return. Be sure to use the email associated with the order. Steps to submit a return from the account page:

  1. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. 
  2. If your order has more than one item, select the correct items
  3. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. 
  4. Click "Submit request"
  5. If you would like to exchange for another product, follow the steps above, then send an email to hello@lumesix.com with your order number and the style, color & size you would like to exchange. 

Once you submit your return request, it will be pending approval by us. Once we approve it, you will receive a return shipping label in an email. We process return requests within 3 business days. 

EXCHANGES

To make an exchange, submit your return through the link above, then email hello@lumesix.com with the style, color & size you would like to exchange. 

 

RETURN POLICY

Sports Bras (USA-only): We are happy to accept returns no questions asked as long as all products are in new condition with tags still attached within 30 days from purchase.

International Orders: Unfortunately, we can not accept returns or exchanges at this time. 

Please allow two weeks for returns to be processed from the time they arrive back to us.

Returns are free. 

No returns on gift cards.

"New condition" means:

  • Tags still attached
  • Not worn outside or exercised in
  • Not washed
  • No stains
